Global payment processing giant Visa (V) is moving into new digs — well, at least its Central and Eastern Europe, Middle East and Africa HQ is. Oh, and it's pretty MTV Cribs worthy — it's spread across 929 square meters in the heart of Dubai Internet City. About 500 employees will be calling this facility their new workstation for now, though it'll be able to accommodate up to 750 people in the future.

Within its premise, employees can work out of its innovation center, which will offer a futuristic workplace, as well as experience zones where visitors can envisage future use cases of Visa-integrated solutions — such as smart homes, airport lounges, and transportation. And if that's not enough, employees and visits can also check out the new Visa University campus on-site, which will host a bunch of training and educational programs.

Guess that the new Visa HQ will be a role model for the hybrid workplace of the future — and other companies around town will have to level up in order to attract talent.

Why it matters

With Expo 2020 taking place in Dubai at the moment, everyone's attention is routed to what the future-of-everything is going to be like, and the workplace is no exception.
