Envirotech Vehicles, Inc., formerly Adomani, Inc., is a provider of zero-emission electric vehicles. The Company serves commercial and last-mile fleets, school districts, public and private transportation service companies, colleges and universities. The Company's vehicles are manufactured by outside, original equipment manufacturer (OEM) partners located in China, Malaysia and the Philippines that can be marketed, sold, warrantied and serviced through its developing distribution and service network. The Company is a provider of advanced zero-emission electric drivetrain systems for integration in new buses and medium to heavy-duty commercial fleet vehicles. It also provides re-power conversion kits to replace conventional drivetrain systems for combustion powered vehicles with zero-emission electric drivetrain systems. The Company’s vehicles and drivetrain systems include options for telemetric for remote monitoring, electric power-export and various levels of grid-connectivity.
